These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the application "SnipIt" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") provided by ENUGO K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "we").

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships involving the use of this App between the user and us.

Article 2 (License)

We grant the user a non-exclusive right to use this App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights of this App belong to us or third parties holding legitimate rights.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

In using this App, users must not perform the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal behavior
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of this App
• Acts of disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering this App

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

We do not expressly or impliedly guarantee that this App is free from factual or legal defects (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security defects, errors, bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).

We shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by the user arising from this App, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by us.

Article 5 (About Paid Plans)

Some functions of this App are provided for a fee (Premium Plan).

Billing is performed through Apple ID and follows the payment methods and terms stipulated by Apple Inc.

When changing models, etc., past purchase status can be restored using the "Restore Purchase" function within this App.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Use)

We may change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if deemed necessary.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
